Day 58 and Day 59

Feeling really unhappy that I dun see to have lost obvious weight and didn’t seem to be going down on my weight! Need to schedule time to exercise!

Food intake:

Breakfast: whole meal bread with honey 2 slices

Lunch: fish ball noodle soup with vegetables

Snacks: almond nuts

Dinner: fish ball kway teow noodle soup

Snacks: Kiwi

Day 59: today Is a bad day for me.. Flu.. Could not concentrate on anything that I was doing!

Food intake:

Breakfast: 2 wholemeal bread with honey

Snacks: 1 banana

Lunch: 1/2 bowl of porridge with fish, fish cake, tau pok and vegetables!

Snacks: red bean soup a little and 1 banana

Dinner: fish soup

That’s all folks.. And my weight became 73.2kg!!! When I dun feel I ate a lot maybe I didn’t walk around as much??

Sigh…
