Felt really accomplished today, perhaps due to the fact that I am more secure in God now. Had more time to just walk around on my own today, Jerome was having a hair cut. Just browsed around and thought of many things to do. Also went ahead to continue the slimming program I bought a year ago. Finally decided that I will go for it regularly and also continue my exercise regime and balanced eating!
Really excited actually!! So will be having a re-newed me!! And also bought Martha Stewart’s Wedding Magazine! It still amazes me, this time how disciplined I have been. The motivation to be able to wear a beautiful wedding gown is going strong!
Food intake:
Breakfast: 2 slices of whole grain bread with turkey ham and 2 slices of bread with peanut butter.. Really hungry!!
Snacks: Watermelon
Lunch: 2 slices of whole grain bread again with turkey ham.. couldnt finish it though. Also had Popiah today!
Dinner: A new taiwanese stall in the food court! Hot pot soup with vermicelli and fried chicken. So i removed the fats and the skin!
